By using Allout, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the App.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your country, to use Allout.

  1. Artificial Intelligence AI content is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Do not rely on it for medical, financial, legal, or safety decisions.

Your AI messages may be processed by third-party providers such as OpenAI, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

  1. Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account information and password secure. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized account use.
  2. Community Rules Community messages, display names, and profile photos may be visible to other users.

You must not post unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, explicit, misleading, gambling-promotional, or privacy-violating content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. Subscriptions Premium plans may include recurring subscriptions, trials, or lifetime access.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting the App or your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

  1. User Content You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to store, process, and display it where necessary to operate Allout.
  2. Third-Party Services Allout may use Firebase, OpenAI, Google services, RevenueCat, Apple, and Google Play. Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.
  3. Account Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service. Account deletion may be requested through [deletion method/email].
